We are officially locked-in with a 3.5% interest rate! Whoooo-hooo! This was one of the last few things I was really sweating. So far my experience with NVR has been really good (knock on wood)! Happy Friday, Ryan Homes Blogger Friends! :)
Congrats! We are trying to hold off a bit on locking because NVR was adamant about not guaranteeing our rate past the 60 day lock, even though some bloggers were told differently. We want to be sure there's no chance of us going over.
